Guest Ed Posted November 25, 2008 Posted November 25, 2008 When I go to server uptime report page http://www.hyperspin.com/publicreport/4062/18681 all I see in status "UNKNOWN" for servers, and the last update time is hours ago. Quote

Head Guru Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 I think what happened is my staff made a mistake. When we add new servers we deactivate all monitoring so as not to send out email pages to all the staffs blackberry devices. Once the new servers are added to the monitoring pool, we should then reactivate all the monitoring. Whoops! Bill Quote
