Questions About Use

I run a site that leases space to models and photographers, a few questions;

 

1) is it permissible to assign email for models and photogs to check for personal asignments?

 

2) I don't give the space away for free (it's fee based) is this permissible?

 

3) some models do not want open access to their pages, invatation only or restricted access via login, is this allowed?
