Error Sending Email

I have a client that gets a weird error message trying to send email.

"error 3269, server has too much traffic"

 

Receiving fine, but can't send.

Using Entourage on Mac.

 

The server seems fine, because I can send/receive fine from webmail (Squirrel).

could it be a port 25/26 issue?

Don't know why that we would be a problem all of a sudden.

 

Any ideas?
