My email was giving me the following error messages:

 

Warning: preg_split() expects parameter 4 to be long, string given in /usr/local/squirrelmail-1.4.8/functions/imap_messages.php on line 808

 

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /usr/local/squirrelmail-1.4.8/functions/mime.php on line 52

...which translated roughly means the email Gods are not happy...or something.

 

Anyway, the problem was fixed by the TCH Support Desk, Alex Spaford, in just 3 minutes! Note, the response that TCH was working on it did not come in 3 minutes...the actual fix was done in 3 minutes after submission of the ticket.

 

If that's not world class tech support, I don't know what is.

And this is an example of a ticket with the correct description of the issue, that we can fix rapidly... instead of just "email is not working..."

Yeah I'd just to like to say that Alex fixed my problem in 3 minutes today as well. This is why TCH can't be beat.
