New Cpanel - Disk Space Usage Not Displaying?

On the left-side, where Disk Space Usage should appear, I see this message:

 

"Serious problem while fetching quota data (quota): No such file or directory (3328) /∞ MB"

 

Is this to be fixed, or do I need to lodge a support ticket?

Never mind ... seems to be displaying now for some reason

I found it to be a bit hit and miss yesterday, but not today, one minute it displayed then it didn't got an error message then it did then didn't.

Sounds like it´s time for a ticket so the techs can look in to it.
