  1. Never mind ... seems to be displaying now for some reason
  2. On the left-side, where Disk Space Usage should appear, I see this message: "Serious problem while fetching quota data (quota): No such file or directory (3328) /∞ MB" Is this to be fixed, or do I need to lodge a support ticket? Thanks.
  3. I raised a ticket for this, but they sent me here. I am trying to retrieve remote POP mail for my yahoo.ca (canada) account and a different yahoo.com.au (australia) account, using Horde Fetch Mail with one of my TC-hosted email accounts. Neither works - they always time out. Fetch Mail settings in Horde are like this: server type: POP3 mail server: pop.mail.yahoo.ca (or pop.mail.yahoo.com.au) Remote mailbox: Inbox user: <yahoo user> password: <yahoo passord> I continue to get "connection time out" when ever I try to use Fetch Mail for this server. These accounts used to work fine for Fetch Mail - not sure what has changed in the last week, but Support obviously doesn't think it's a Totalchoice problem. BTW ... I have no problem reaching both of these POP servers using Outlook from my own ISP account, but not via Totalchoice with Horde Fetch Mail. Any suggestions? I have also tried "POP3 (auto detect)" and "POP3, no TSL" - does not seem to help.
  4. Looks similar to problem I am having with my site too ... a network issue I gather? I raised a ticket because I am not sure where to check status for that sort of problem?
  5. Thank you. (But wondering why the "Setup Anonymous FTP Access" option is still available in FTP Manager from cpanel).
  6. The problem is that anonymous ftp access to my ftp site does not seem to work (error using ws_ftp with "anonymous" login is: 530 -Unable to set anonymous privileges. 530 Login incorrect), even though I have enabled it from cpanel using FTP manager Is there a time delay on this or is there something else i need to do? haven't changed any permissions - they look ok (assume when I enabled it they would just be logged into to /public_ftp directory yeah?) TIA
  7. I want to ask for help to get my public ftp working (ie, not just uploading my website, not webhosting related). The problem is that anonymous ftp access to my ftp site does not seem to work (error is: 530 -Unable to set anonymous privileges. 530 Login incorrect), even though I have enabled it from cpanel. It's probably a very simple answer ...but I can't figure out where is the appropriate forum in here to post the question! Thanks in advance.
