Minor Support Question

Hi,

 

When using sqmail to send outgoing mail I receive the following error from all accounts

 

Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable

Server replied: 550 server108.tchmachines.com (www.universitychapel.org) [204.11.52.158] is

currently not permitted to relay through this server. Perhaps you have not

logged into the pop/imap server in the last 30 minutes or do not have SMTP

Authentication turned on in your email client.

 

If I remember correctly this was something server side but I'm not sure so I thought I'd ask if you guys can help?

 

please let me know if you'd like me to setup a ticket.

I generally don't like to submit tickets until the mods tell me to, if it's an easy fix or something i'm doing wrong that can be dealt with quickly they will point that out.

It's not something you can fix. Please open a ticket with the help desk as Rick suggested.
