I am totally frustrated now since I am awaiting of all things the link so I can log into support help. Grr I thought lastnight I was just tired now today its true. No incoming mail. Head Guru Posted December 29, 2002 Posted December 29, 2002 Took me a few minutes but here was your issue. Your had setup email blockers in CPANEL and also had set up Spam Assassin. The filters you applied were over zealous and blocked every email. I removed all our filters and Spam Assassin and everything is working again. Quote

Its funny though it was only my main account that was getting hit by spam mail as soon I my account was activated. Suggestions on how to set it up better for the blockers? Right now I feel like one of the bugs bunny cartoons and when someone did some thing stupid it showed them as Donkey (jack***) Sorry to bother you on this but I do appreciate you taking care of that for me asap. Ayman_ Posted January 1, 2003 Posted January 1, 2003 Well at least we know the mail server is working. It is possible that you have the spam filtering things in Outlook turned on. I dont use Outlook 2000 so its hard for me to say. Maybe some other user here can give you some input, otherwise when Knucklehead comes in at 4pm I will tell him about this thread.
