Are These Failures Tch's Server Related?

I went to dnsreport.com and ran my domain youneverknow.com and got this report....

are these "failures" something that TCH should fix or is this normal on a shared server account?

Well apparently that url goes dead after a while so the report is not there any way ...happy new year!
