He had already been in Sweden.

I used the tracker to get my youngest one to bed, she seen how close Santa was and it was lights out. We also left reindeer food (oats and glitter) in the front yard. When she checked it this morning the food was magically gone and there were reindeer tracks all around the bowl.

The look on her face was worth all the effort and I'm just glad I still have one kid young enough to believe it.
