Guest Woody Posted December 28, 2002 Posted December 28, 2002 I see in one thread here that providing 'free email services' is a violation of the TOS, which is fair enough. However, I work for a transport company and was looking at providing an online forum and group email service. Mainly so that if anyone needed to be reached, anyone@**** would do it. All you'd need to know is the username you want. Since all these people would be fellow employees only, and probably no more than 20 or so would take it up, would this be allowable under your TOS? A bit like an online club really, where everyone can be easily reached. Also, in which order do you recommend purchasing the various elements? Domain first then hosting, or hosting then domain so that the DNS can be set up? I can't find anything that covers this, but I may not be looking too well Thanks in advance, Woody Quote
Head Guru Posted December 28, 2002 Posted December 28, 2002 Your use of service sounds just fine. Most people order the domain name, then the hosting account............... Quote
