Warning Email From Cpanel

i have been told that im using around 90% of space

i look at cpanels home screen and it says 587.68 Megabytes used

 

 

 

i go into file manager and 224 + 69 mb

aint 587!

thats including public html and backups. other folders such as mail are neglble size.

 

is there any hidden files i should be aware of?

You can check in Disk Usage - rather than file manager (and yes there are some hidden files, but they are usually small)

 

If it all disagrees - open a ticket and we'll take a look
