Can someone please explain in simple terms how to do this:

I now have bathtreasures.com site that I don't like the look (unprofessional). I have created an ecrater store and the addy is bathtreasures.ecrater.com. I would like to drop the ecrater.com part of the name. I have been directed from them to go to my provider and mask something (have no clue how to do this) but I can't find here how.

I've read all the other questions asked on this and it sounds very confusing. Please, please help me!

Welcome to the forums peace :)

Can I ask a couple of questions first please, so that we give you the correct advise.

If I understand you correctly, you want all your web pages to be hosted on the ecrater site, and for it to appear as you domain name, is that correct?

What do you want to do with your email? Do you want that to your account here at TotalChoice Hosting ? Or do you want that elsewhere?

Thank you for your fast reply.

Yes, I want to eleminate my present website (bathtreasures.com) and use the new (bathtreasures.ecrater.com minus the ecrater part in the name). I use a bathtreasures@aol.com for my email addy.

I made the ecrater site using their system of creating a store. Right now there is no direct link to my main (old) site. Does this answer your question?

Unfortunately it's not something we can do from here....

You need to contact the domain name registrar (where you purchased the domain name - it looks like tucows.com thru powweb.com ) You can get them to set up the pointing of your domain name (and masking, although I think they charge for that) to bathtreasures.ecrater.com

Once you have done that, you will no longer have anything hosted here, so you can cancel the hosting account here.

well, that didn't work. can not find out how, can not get any support because, their not my hosting name. So a quick fix will be having a "title page" with "doorway" that will be a link to my other store. Thanks for all the help. You guys seem to know what you're talking about.

You might try embedding your store site into an iframe on your hosting account here. Google for the use of

The Iframe is a good way, I use it for google maps

Here is an example of an Iframe:

><iframe src="http://sitedomain"  height="600" width="100%" name="store"
MARGINWIDTH=0 MARGINHEIGHT=0
FRAMEBORDER=0  >
If you can see this,<br />
your browser doesn't understand IFRAME.<br />
However, click  this
<A HREF="http://sitedomain">link</A>
to see the page.</iframe>
