I don't know if this is the right forum for this or not, but I can't seem to get a response any other way.

 

I don't seem to be receiving e-mail any more. I sent myself a few test e-mails to make sure, and none of them ever came through. I filed a support ticket, number TAH-18964, but I never got a response. When I attempted to log in to check the ticket status it said that either the ticket number or the e-mail address was wrong. So I filed another support ticket, number GLC-43060, and this time I immediately logged in to check the status but got the exact same result.

 

I use my e-mail for business purposes, so this is rather urgent.

Have you tried PMing one of the RED staff members? Have you tried live support? Have you tried IMing one of the staff members?

 

Unfortunately, the support forums aren't always monitored by the help desk, and the forum moderators are volunteers who can't provide any server-specific help.

 

Posting in the forums may get the attention of a staff member, but to be sure, I'd follow one of the other options I mention above.

 

Good luck. I"m sure you'll get it resolved quickly.

If you used your domains email, this is probably why you never got a email about it. Did you try with a hotmail, gmail, yahoo address?

 

On this page you have several alternative ways to contact the help desk, including live chat, instant messengers.

Both of your tickets were replied to within 5 minutes of them being posted. I have posted those tickets below, minus any personal information.

I use my e-mail for business purposes, so this is a big problem.

(customer) I submitted a ticket this morning, TAH-18964. It said it went through successfully, but I never got any response, and when I try to log in to check the ticket status I get a message saying that the e-mail or ticket number is bad.

 

Just in case the ticket has somehow been deleted, here it is again: I have not received any e-mail in a few days. Just to check I sent myself a few test messages, and none of them ever arrived. I use this e-mail for business, so if my incoming mail does not arrive this is a serious matter. I can be reached at ***-***-****. Apparently I cannot be reached via e-mail.

 

I attempted to contact tech support via phone but have so far been unsuccessful. I will try again shortly.
