Anatole Posted June 29, 2003 Author Posted June 29, 2003 The help desk name/password prompt says that our username and password were in the e-mail sent to us when our order was placed, but the only name/password we recieved in any of the e-mails you sent us was the root info for our server's FTP and control panels, which didn't work for the helpdesk.
