slick Posted July 21, 2006 Posted July 21, 2006 (edited) Hi. I just have quick question. In the server status for Disk sda3 (/) I noticed there was a flashing yellow circle whereas in the rest of the rows there is a green circle. I just wanted to know what was the significance of that and what does "Disk sda3 (/)" mean? ...., if it's not top secret that is Thanks. Edited July 21, 2006 by slick Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted July 21, 2006 Posted July 21, 2006 It means that it is getting low on space and is nothing to be worried about. Quote
TCH-Tim Posted July 21, 2006 Posted July 21, 2006 Usually just some temp files need to be cleared out. No worries. Quote
Deverill Posted July 23, 2006 Posted July 23, 2006 In case anyone else is wondering, the tech guys do have automatic monitoring that sets off all kinds of bells and whistles (pagers and emails) when things get too close to being "bad". That's part of why the uptime record here is so great. Quote
