Can't Save Changes

I just took over our web site support and cannot make a change to the main page. I used Microsoft Word as the Editor and saved the file, but the changes do not show up when I recall the page back up. I wass successful in make changes to another page. Appreciate any suggestions.

A little more info is going to be required. Did you upload the page to the server? Have you cleared you cache and looked?

 

Microsoft Word is a word processing program and not really a web page editor.

When you replace the page, are you replacing it like for like in the sense of the file name?

 

E.g. I have seen it done that Index.php is different from index.php

Or that it was index.html and is now index.htm?

 

Do you have an error upon upload?
