I do not use it, and I receive a LOT (hundreds and hundreds) of spam mails from Japan or China(I think, because of the kanjis). Some months ago, I used a ticket to try fixing that problem, but the solutions the experts gave me did not work. That mails use a big amount of space, and I can not be always deleting each message,because I receive too much mails, so, could I disable ALL my email TCH accounts? Quote
TCH-JimE Posted April 18, 2006 Posted April 18, 2006 First off, make sure all mail that is not sent to that address is deleted. You can use the :fail: command in cpanel for this. Also, if this is not your main account address, set the mail box to 1mb big If you want to disable all mail on your TCH, please start a support desk ticket who will be able to do what you want JimE Quote
