Surely TCH has a phone number that I can use to ask a few pre sales questions.

There can't be to many can there, I'm sure you'll get a fast answer to many of them by just asking away.

 

In reply to your direct question, no, as far as I'm aware there is not a telephone number for Pre sales questions. I'm sure someone will say soon enough if I'm wrong and there is.
