Ssl Connection To Webmail

I have been using this link to access my webmail with no problems.

But now it seems the SSL Certificate has expired.

Will this be renewed?

Is there a better way that is secure to access my mail?

Yes, I have used that, but when behind certain firewalls that port is blocked.
