MBScott Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 I made a backup of my site, which put me over my disk quota (the dang thing is huge, but that's why I wanted a backup!). Now, I can't delete the backup file out of my space so I can get back to work. I get the error message that I don't have permission to access that file (which is the .trash file in cpanel), but I also can't delete by ftp. Thanks, Missy Quote

MBScott Posted January 5, 2006 Author Posted January 5, 2006 Thanks! Now, how do I get a full backup restored? Quote
TCH-Thomas Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 You should be able to upload it outside the public_html and then open a ticket and ask the techs to restore it. Quote
TCH-Don Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 Welcome to the forums Missy The other option that will not put you over is to download the Home Directory (all your files in a compressed file including e-mail) and then download your databases and email ailas and filters. These you can upload any time your self. Quote
