Hi there,

 

I'm having a bit of trouble with one of my email accounts. Oddly, it's only one, the others (or at least the others I use) seem to be working fine.

 

This account cannot be accessed by my mail client (OE) and comes up with a "Cannot find a valid mailbox for -username-" error.

I've tried using webmail, and the account can be logged into but the inbox is empty, which it shouldn't be. To test this I've sent emails to this account from two different other accounts, one of them a gmail account. Neither have shown up.

 

However, email sent from the account works fine.

 

The problem only started today.

 

Any suggestions?
