Path to To Cgi-bin

Hello;

 

I am trying to install a autoresponder on my site,

 

I have to write the absolute address of cgi-bin,

 

How can I find that? if this is not much to ask,

 

could this be right:

 

/home/myuserid/public_html/cgi-bin/

or

/myuserid/home/public_html/cgi-bin/

 

I could find the address for send mail and perl in the control panel, but not this one.
