Web Based Irc Non Java

Hi,

 

Im looking for a web based IRC script, that will work with my totalchoice hosting, (or to find out if its even allowed) the silver plan.

 

Ive found this http://cgiirc.sourceforge.net/download/

but im not sure how to get the script installed, any help would be appreciated

IRC scripts are not allowed on our servers.

 

From out Acceptable Use Policy;

You may not use IRC scripts or programs that interfere with or deny service to other users on any other server, host, network or channel

yeah i was a bit unsure about, i had noticed the php chat script and got my hopes up
