Adjusting Gmt Time On Bulletin Board

Hi gang.

 

I just created a bulletin board at www.jackdanniel.com/board but am a bit confused by the GMT time zone setting. I've adjusted the time zone in the admin panel, but the board isn't displaying it correctly. It's three hours ahead, despite my adjustment.

 

I've cleaned the cache, checked the board via a few browsers, but the time is still three hours ahead.

 

Does the board time reflect GMT time no matter what? Or are the times for messages posted only?

Never mind, I figured it out. Stupid mistake on my part. I realized each logged in user had to adjust the GMT setting via Profile. I was making the adjustment for the board in the admin panel. Jd
