taranicole1988 Posted August 12, 2005 Posted August 12, 2005 Hey, I just found this device on-line called a computer-on-a-stick, which is almost what it sounds like, a computer on a stick. I'd like to try it. Does anyone else have any thoughts on how it would work or does anyone own one? I would really love to know more about it.I also saw Bio USB Flash Drive on that site. I saw it at www.fingergear.com (It works in the USB drive and stores info.) Quote

Deverill Posted August 12, 2005 Posted August 12, 2005 Welcome to the forums! Thanks for the heads up - it looks like a great thing for tech support guys dealing with viruses and stuff. Quote
carbonize Posted August 22, 2005 Posted August 22, 2005 It's just a USB stick that has been partioned and some FREE open source software slapped on it. You can buy a decent 256Mb usb stick for about £40 over here. So thats about $100 pure profit for them. Quote
