If you submit a ticket to the helpdesk they will be able to tell you how fast you can get it running. One note though, even the help desk are not magic (but close) so it may be some propagation delays for the domain. Quote

If you contact the staff through one of these options and give them the ticket number, they may be able to sort this quickly for you. Quote
