Hi and welcome to the forum. :)

 

This would be a violation of the AUP unless you have a reseller account.

 

i am upgrading to a reseller account as soon as they can do it...

 

but i was hoping i would have my account sorted by now..

 

i desperately need an account live today.. but i guess i will have to wait till monday/tuesday..

There shouldn´t be any problem upgrading to a reseller account and have it running today. If you submit a ticket to the helpdesk they will be able to tell you how fast you can get it running. :thumbup1:

 

One note though, even the help desk are not magic (but close) so it may be some propagation delays for the domain. :tchrocks:

it is in the billing department, which wont do anything till monday...

 

what department should i point the ticket too...

Billing would normally be the correct to contact, but if you have a look at this page, you will find several live support options. If you contact the staff through one of these options and give them the ticket number, they may be able to sort this quickly for you.
