Hello,

 

I have an email redirection account set up elsewhere and, for the past week or so, I noticed that some messages people said they sent me were never delivered to my mailbox here at TotalChoiceHosting.

 

I checked the SpamAssassin settings but the spam box was disbled, so even "marked" messages should be delivered.

 

Today I received the first error report back.

 

One of the servers is having connection problems, as the redirecting server has said:

 

Sorry, I wasn't able to establish an SMTP connection. (#4.4.1) I'm not going

to try again; this message has been in the queue too long.

 

Do you have any reports of something similar happening?

First, welcome to the forums. In answer to your question, you might want to open a help desk ticket (link at the top) and have them look into it, just in case. I haven't heard of anyone else having this problem, so I would start with the help desk and work from that point.

The great thing about the tech support here is that they will help you figure out where the problem is and if it is on our end they'll fix it and if not they won't try to make you feel bad for asking them for help.
