-ERR Mailbox is locked by process 26302. Another mail client is using this mailbox. Please try again in a few minutes.

I keep getting the error above when trying to access my email address that is for my website through my incredimail. Can anyone help me out?

You should open a Help Desk ticket using the link at the top of this page and we can kill the locked process.
