(I'm writing this here, as opposed to sending a ticket, because I can't seem to access the Help Desk page.)

 

I've recently started receiving Internal Server Error messages whenever I try to access either my Blacklist or Conversationkiller plugins. The permissions haven't changed -- as I haven't had reason to access the cgi files and perhaps accidentaly change them -- and I can't think of anything else that could be wrong, as every other plugin works perfectly.

 

Any ideas?

 

(These plugins do, I understand, work on background tasks and scheduled maintenance so I was wondering if the plugins were disabled due to their making demands on the server.)

I've been trying to access it all day, and it keeps saying that the address can't be found. I'll boot up the laptop and see if it's an issue with Firefox.

Hi,

 

It appears that there is a problem with MT and the latest version of cpanel. As Don says, open a help desk ticket, and we will try and get round the problem for you.

I've opened a help desk ticket . . However, I don't have the latest version of Movable Type ; I use MT3.15.
