TCH-Bruce Posted June 29, 2005 Posted June 29, 2005 Now if they would only tell you which files need replaced. Thanks Thomas Quote
TCH-Thomas Posted June 29, 2005 Author Posted June 29, 2005 True. I went by the upgrade guide, took me less than 5 minutes, so I did not really thought about ti. Quote
TCH-Rob Posted June 29, 2005 Posted June 29, 2005 Ugh, They need to stop this. I am getting tired of upgrading every week or so. Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted June 29, 2005 Posted June 29, 2005 Rob, just replace those 5 files listed. Piece of cake. Quote
abinidi Posted June 29, 2005 Posted June 29, 2005 Thanks all (especially Thomas) for the update! Quote
TCH-Thomas Posted June 29, 2005 Author Posted June 29, 2005 No problem, Paul. I agree with Rob. They have to stop this or I be upgrading more often than I post in my blog. Quote
TCH-Rob Posted June 29, 2005 Posted June 29, 2005 Lol Thomas, I have four to update and I am getting ready to roll out two more. Quote
TCH-Rob Posted June 29, 2005 Posted June 29, 2005 It wasn't that bad. About 10 minutes for all of them. I had to update 3 from 1.5.1 so I did the complete deletion of the admin and includes folders as well as the root files on those three and just those in the change log for the fourth. I had not upgraded earlier because the security issue was for the default template and hence the need to go from 1.5.1 to 1.5.1.2. I was not running the default theme so I had not bothered with the update. All in all, a fast update. Quote
