Guest Guest Posted May 4, 2003 Posted May 4, 2003 I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this. I received my welcome email about 3 1/2 hours ago for a new reseller account. I have just tried several tomes to log in to WHM, but my username and password are not accepted, and I get an access denied page. Does it usually take a while after receiving the welcome email to be able to log in? Is this something I should put in a help ticket for? Quote
TCH-Rick Posted May 4, 2003 Posted May 4, 2003 You should be able to get into the WHM via your IP address once you receive the email. If your domain has not propagated you will need to enter via the IP address as descibed in the email. If are still having problems, please enter a Help Desk Ticket and we will look into it. Please be sure to include all the information requested to prevent delays. Quote
Guest Guest Posted May 4, 2003 Posted May 4, 2003 Thank you for your reply. I was using the IP address when I tried to log in to WHM. I tried to enter a Help Desk Ticket, but my password was rejected there as well. Is there another way to enter a request for help? Quote
