Changing Password In Cpanel

I keep trying to change my password using cpanel, and get this error:

Your password could not be changed because the new password is is too similar to the old one, please try again!

 

 

now the thing is, my old password doesnt even have the letters im trying to use in the new password. I tried a few others, and it says they are all too similar..

 

 

So far I'm loving the service here, and the support is quick
