I'd like to implement some uses of mod_expires to cut down on bandwidth use of non-changing files and such. But when I Went to add some lines to .htaccess, I got a 500 error. So, do the servers have mod_expires installed? While I'm at it, what other apache mods are installed, for future reference. Thanks. :(

Welcome to the forums bluntelectrons :(

The techs do not frequent the forums as often as the mods. Please open a help desk ticket with support (link above) and I am sure they can give you the info you are requesting.

You can see the modules that are loaded on your server by going to http://server##.totalchoicehosting.com/phpInfo.php (replacing ## with your server number.) The section under Apache will list the modules that are installed.

Perfect! Thanks, Rick. I'll dis through this and see. You folks are almost too friendly. ;)

As you can see, I joined the fora last year, but just lurked because generally the questions I had were already answered by other replies, so I never posted till now. It's a very good resource, and I thank everyone for their help.
