Ok, the folks I work for are boiler makers and do not know the difference between RAM and hard drive, system resources free and hard drive free space or that if you change from Netscape to MS IE or Firefox you don't have to change your ISP or your e-mail account.

 

Today one of the guys in the office up graded from a P2-600,Win98SE, Office 97 to a P4 2.9, XP Pro, and Office XP. I'm open to sudgestions on the simplest way to edukate these folks on how XP works.

First thing I always do after installing XP is switch it to classic windows mode. For people upgrading this is good as it looks and acts like the Windows they are used to, also it is more resource friendly. Office XP should have the same features as Office 97 and slightly the same look so he shouldn't be to confused by it.
