ocellnuri Posted April 11, 2005 Posted April 11, 2005 (edited) I think I've decided and go ahead and get the $4/month plan... that deal is just too awesome. However, when I click on Buy Now on the page that describes the virtual hosting packages, first I got an error saying that the page wasn't found, and now I get a very plain looking page with filler for the header and footer. ("Modify the HTML here in the header") Are the order pages over going an overhaul right now? Edited April 11, 2005 by ocellnuri Quote

ocellnuri Posted April 11, 2005 Author Posted April 11, 2005 (edited) Well I do have a quick question now. I got my domain through Total Choice, so now I'm registering for hosting. It asks if I'm a new customer or if I want to add it to my domain registration account. I tried adding to my account, using the e-mail and password I used to register my domain, but it said it was invalid. Do I have to setup a new account for hosting? I'm guessing they are separate? I'm sorry for the simple question, I would just hate to get an account started and find out I can't tie it to my domain name. (I'm new to this) Edited April 11, 2005 by ocellnuri Quote
TCH-BillH Posted April 11, 2005 Posted April 11, 2005 Hi! Your domain name sign-up is separate from your hosting account sign-up. If all you have through us is a domain name, sign-up as a new customer for your hosting account. And ... Welcome to the TCH Family! Quote
