I get email that contains pictures or html.

For the pictures, there is a note where the picture should be saying it is blocked for security reasons. How do I change this.

Also, how do I enable the email to accept and read html?

Thanks,

I open the cpanel and go to webmail. I usually open it through SquirrelMail (1 of 3 options).

I click on the email in the chosed address. I am not presently using a mail client because I am researching a few of them, and want to get rid of OE.

When I open the email in the webmail, it just shows text.

It shows html text or just plain text. It gives links and such, but

always blocks the pictures and who knows what else with small banners that say the item is blocked for security reasons.

Do I need to download the email onto my computer to see the pictures and HTML.

Am I off track? Maybe I need to go in for some more brain surgery this month.

Please just point me to some tutorials or something.

Thanks,

You need to click on Options in the menu bar, then click on Display Preferences. There you can choose whether to display images or not.
