Spam!

guys , i have a silverplan here with TCH. My boss is getting 5 spams per minuite now.How do i block this emails?? anything tch can do? i have enable the spam assasin now he's getting hundreds of email from tch.

anyway for tch detect it as spam and dont even send them to my boss and tell tch detected the email as spam? what can i do??

Hi,

 

If you use spam assassin, and then go into the email section of cpanel, and select filters.

 

Add a filter and just choose "SpamAssassin Spam Header", "begins with", and then enter "Yes" in the box. Then you can filter, and delete all such emails.

If it were up to me I wouldnt do it as it is. What happens when TCH sets up its own spam filter and I get something important filtered out? I cant train the TCH filters but I can train my own. That and I get a lot for my money, how much more can I get for what I pay and TCH still stay in business?

I agree with Rob, having spam assassin mark the emails for a while allows you to determine if any important emails get marked as spam. Email clients such as outlook express or full on outlook allow you to set up rules and white and black lists.
