Sarah Ross Posted January 22, 2005 Posted January 22, 2005 Hi, My website has run out of bandwidth, and I wish to upgrade to the monthly Expert plan. I have submitted about 2 tickets with the help desk but I have problems getting the emails or even accessing the ticket status area. Then I tried to upgrade by ordering it, but perlbill isn't working for some reason. Could someone please help me to get my website back up and running again as soon as possible? PS. I have searched on this topic and have found nothing, and I am only assuming to put this here because it is where the Billing people are likely to hang about. Quote

Why I ask is because alot of these help desk emails can end up in junk folders if you used a free service like hotmail etc for this? EDIT: What you also can try is to find one of the guys (who are red in the forum) either on their IM´s or try the live chat (Scroll down to bottom of page). Quote
