egeller624 Posted January 10, 2005 Posted January 10, 2005 First off I have to say I've had my hosting with you guys for a few years now and it only seems to get better and better. I keep recommending you to family and friends... who mostly think i'm nuts or being paid some sort of kick-back... until they try it out for themselves lmao. The support here never ceases to amaze me. Awhile back I was updating 2 of my sites, adding MT Blogger and customizing it. I ran into a snag when I was installing it on one of the domains... kept getting an error message that something was wrong with mysql yadda yadda (it was 3am... techno-babble looked like chinese to me at the time lol). Well I submitted a help ticket and got a response immediately! Within 10 minutes the issue was completely resolved... at 3am! I was and still am amazed by the quick responses at all hours of the day or night here. Personally I just think it's nuts to use any hosting company besides TCH... no one else has all that you offer for the price. Keep up the great work! Quote
