I chose this particular forum to post my message because I hope to persuade potential customers to give TCH a try. My sister and I have several hosted sites and domains registered with TCH; I believe the first we bought was in 1999.

 

I must say that I have never met a friendlier, more helpful support team. We don't have problems, don't misunderstand me. However, we do have questions from time to time, and require help from the support team to get answers. Each time we've called, our questions have been answered with the initial call, and if further action is required, the tech always volunteers to take care of it on TCH's end.

 

I can't say enough good things about TCH and all their employees/support. I would recommend their services to anyone. As a matter of fact, I DO, as often as possible.

Just wondering how you got phone support? You called whom?
