Well, not directly from your existing site, but ...

 

If you still have access to your old site, then download the pages to your hard drive. Then just upload the pages from your hard drive to your TCH space in the public_html folder.

 

That's the basics. You question was sort of vague, so I have to ask...

 

What application did you use to create the pages on the old site?

What application do you plan to use to create/maintain the pages on your new site?

Do you have an FTP client (CuteFTP, WS_FTP, SmartFTP)?

 

Last, I think someone just recently posted on the forums of a program that can grab pages from a site. In the event that you do not have access to download the old site files, but you can browse to them, this may be an alternative.
