Hi

Sorry if this is the wrong forum to ask this question, but it seems most appropriate.

I currently have 2 accounts at TCH and am thinking of hosting a third domain with you, as I am very impressed with your support and services.

I have registered several .com domains that I am having forwarded, via my .com registrar, to the new domain that I will have hosted by TCH. Here is my problem: the one domain that I have registered locally (a .co.za domain in South Africa), also needs to be forwarded. The local registrar does not provide domain forwarding services (and this registrar is the only one I can use in South Africa unfortunately). Neither do they provide domain parking.

Is there any way to get this domain parked and forwarded to another one through TCH without having to buy an additional account to do this?

Do you have any ideas or solutions?

Thank you for your efforts

Rowan Polovin.

Hi Rowan,

Welcome to the family

If you want to point it to the same files as one of your other accounts, I would just set the DNS to our nameservers, and get us to park it for you (via the help desk).

If you want it to go to different files, you need an additional hosting account - or a reseller account.

Wow, thanks Andy for your help and thank you all for welcoming me to your family! :)

I am constantly amazed by the friendly support I get at TCH.

Keep it up

Rowan.
