I think the TCH Live Support status utility is pretty cool. What are you guys using? I am thinking of implementing something like that on my site.

Here´s a little thread discussing it.

It doesnt say much about how to use it. But I personally know that Help center live discussed in the thread is easy to set up, just follow the instructions or ask here if any problems.
