Dear friends, hello!

I'm in the middle of a problem which i don;t know the reason and how to resolve it... :(

I have defined several e-mail accounts for the borad of directors.

two of them are in the same building, can't send or recive e-mail using Outlook Express 6.

The others seem to function OK... what can be the secret behind this situation? B)

Any answers?

Thanks in advance for any kind (and full of knowledge) soul...

g. :( ;)

Hi George,

Not enough information.

What kind of error are you getting when you try to send? Are you getting an error when you try to receive? Are you able to access the internet through Internet Explorer on each of the trouble pc's? Have you tried to collect that trouble account's mail at another PC successfully?

Some things to try first.

Hi Dear Lianna,

Nice to have the opportunity to exchange some words with you again.

Well, I think that the issue is related to the Firewalll that this enterpriste is using in their building.

Just now I try those same accounts in 3 other PCs and they work just as perfect as the others... simply OK.

So, I will wait for what their network system engineer have to say... sorry for disturbing you dear QueenMadam Li...
