Importing Webmail Sent Items Into Outlook

I am trying to import into Outlook the sent items stored in the sent folder on the webmail server (I am using the Horde email program). I cannot find an easy or elegant way of doing this. Does anyome have any experience with this? Thanks.

I am not using Horde

but with SquirrelMail

goto the sent folder and select the e-mails

and click on the forward button

and forward them to my self to get them into outlook.

You could just move them to the inbox, mark as unseen, then download via Outlook.

When they arrive in your Inbox, either as forwards or downloads, don't forget to then move them to your Sent Mail folder... I forgot that step once and weeks later went searching for an email I sent in my Sent Mail folder and it wasn't there. Drove me crazy till I found it in my Inbox (well, I might have been a little bit crazy already, but it drove me more crazy)!
