But each time I got the following error after waiting a few minutes after clicking the "Next Step" button of the first page ("Cutomer Details") on the Order page. Error message: PerlBill: Script Error Perlbill was unable to launch due to the following errors: Net::ParseWhois: Can't connect to : IO::Socket::INET: Timeout at include/register.cgi line 668 Could you please advise? za_matrix Posted April 3, 2003 Author Posted April 3, 2003 I did go to the support page, but the Online operator was not available, so I left a message. I did get a reply soon afterwards saying that I should send an email to billing@totalchoicehosting.com telling them what happened and they will give me instructions on how to make a payment for hosting. It's already been two days later and I've had NO response from them, not even an email saying that they did get my mail. This is a bit concerning. Please help. Thanks Quote
