I have one website where using port 26 works great (and I can telnet into it with port 26). I just registered a new site with you that is on IP 66.235.180.58 and it doesn't work. When I try to telnet, it says "Connection refused".

Can I ask you to turn on port 26 for smtp on this new server?

Thanks, Tim

Certainly! Just submit a help desk ticket. :)

In general, anytime you have a problem with your server, or need something changed on your server, you should always use the help desk first. It'll get to the right people to take care of it for you in a timely manner.
