dbrown Posted November 10, 2004 Posted November 10, 2004 Two questions. In my activation email it said that I could go to http://****/webmail/ and get to my webmail. I get the error: The requested URL /~username/webmail/ was not found on this server. Secondly, I've set my MX record to **** but I get the error: <username@****>: host ****[216.220.40.244] said: 554 <username@****>: Relay access denied (in reply to RCPT TO command) Obviously I've changed the domain, and username information in the error messages, but they are correct. My server is rejecting email for me based on no relay access. Anyone have an answer? btw, I don't see a technical support forum besides this one. If there is one please point it out to me. I'm blind. You should submit a Help Desk ticket using the link at the top of this page. Provide all the information requested and details such as the email account username and password so that we can test.
