Email Problems

Two questions.

 

In my activation email it said that I could go to http://****/webmail/ and get to my webmail. I get the error:

 

The requested URL /~username/webmail/ was not found on this server.

 

Secondly, I've set my MX record to **** but I get the error:

 

<username@****>: host ****[216.220.40.244] said: 554

<username@****>: Relay access denied (in reply to RCPT TO

command)

 

Obviously I've changed the domain, and username information in the error messages, but they are correct. My server is rejecting email for me based on no relay access. Anyone have an answer?

 

btw, I don't see a technical support forum besides this one. If there is one please point it out to me. I'm blind.
